Users creating a "Corporate Account" represent that they have the authority to bind their organization to these terms. Organizations are responsible for managing the access levels and data of their invited "Employees" or "Team Members." ResumeGo is not liable for internal disputes regarding data visibility or modification within a corporate talent pool.
You retain full ownership of the structured data you input. By using the service, you grant ResumeGo a limited license to process, store, and format this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your professional history to third-party recruiters.
In no event shall ResumeGo.online be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
We implement strict rate limiting to protect our microservices architecture. Automated scraping, excessive API requests, or attempts to stress-test the infrastructure without prior written consent will result in immediate permanent IP-based termination.
Our service orchestration relies on third-party providers (including OpenAI and cloud infrastructure). While we utilize distributed state management to ensure reliability, we are not responsible for upstream service outages or data processing delays caused by these external providers.
